Summer is winding down, the weather is turning cooler and all thing Fall are on my mind. These Mini Caramel Apple Pie Bites are a great way to kick off the season. They are so easy to make, and are full of delicious apple pie flavor, with the bonus of salted caramel. Why not whip up a batch of these for dessert tonight, served warm from the oven with a scoop of ice cream...YUM.
