These Pistachio and Craisin Brownie Brittle Bars are a twist on a traditional holiday dessert. Add a nutty crunch to your Christmas dessert buffet with this deliciously elegant recipe. If you've never tried Brownie Brittle, now's your chance! Lighten up your dessert options with this classy pick. The mix of chocolate, fruit and nuts is a combination not to be missed.

Cooking Time30 min


  • 1 single-serving Stick of butter
  • 2 cups Brownie Brittle crumbs
  • 1 cup Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pistachios
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Crasins (or dried cranberries)
  • 1 (14-ounce) Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk


  1. Crust:

  2. Mix 1 stick of melted butter with 2 Cups of Brownie Brittle crumbs.

  3. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan and Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees F

  4. Sprinkle crust with semi-sweet chocolate chips, pistachios, coconut, Craisins and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Cool – then drizzle with melted white chocolate.

  7. Chocolate Drizzle:

  8. ½ Cup semi- sweet chocolate chips

  9. ½ tsp Crisco (or use chocolate compound wafers)
