French Onion Chip Dip
"I love eating chips and French onion chip dip, I didn’t say that it was healthy but sometimes it’s just such a good snack. At my house we could never seem to agree on what to brand to buy so I was always buying at least 2 different kinds of dip. A few years ago I decided to try making my own dip, I mean how hard could it be, right? It took several attempts but finally I arrived at this recipe and I have been making it ever since. You can use any type of potato chip but I think it works best with a ruffled chip. The ingredients are all pretty simple, I had all of them in my spice cupboard and most likely you will too."
