Patatas Bravas

"Cooking with Little Potato Company’s Creamer potatoes is always so easy. That is why we use them all the time! I have been on a tapas kick lately and so enjoying these Patatas Bravas. I love how simple they are to make with pre-washed and ready to go whole Little Potatoes. Patatas Bravas means spicy potatoes and these we have made so many times now. The first time I had them was at a restaurant in Seattle called Tango Restaurant when we visited in February. They left a lasting impression on me and I have made them three times now, creating my own recipe."

More Ideas for Your Best Party Menu

When it comes to planning a party with crowd-pleasing snacks and treats, we always like to recommend a variety of options to keep everyone satisfied. If you're looking to add to your menu featuring Patatas Bravas, we've got some delicious suggestions that are sure to be a hit with your guests.

First off, you can’t go wrong with some classic Spanish tapas to complement your Patatas Bravas. Why not include some Gambas al Ajillo (garlic shrimp) for a flavorful seafood option? The combination of tender shrimp cooked in a garlic-infused olive oil will have your guests coming back for more.

For those who prefer something a little heartier, you could also consider serving Albóndigas (Spanish meatballs) in a zesty tomato sauce. The meatballs are packed with savory flavors and pair perfectly with the smoky spiciness of the Patatas Bravas.

If you're looking to add a lighter option to your menu, a refreshing Ensaladilla Rusa (Russian potato salad) could be just the thing. This chilled dish features a mix of potatoes, peas, carrots, and mayonnaise for a creamy and satisfying bite.

And of course, no party would be complete without something sweet to end on a high note. Consider serving Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce for a decadent dessert that will leave your guests craving more.

With these additional dishes alongside your Patatas Bravas, your party menu is sure to be a hit with all of your guests. Enjoy!
