My family and friends absolutely love these Homemade Chicken Potstickers, they are full of flavor, and fun to eat when gathered around on game day. I love them because they are so easy to make. I'm thinking of experimenting with different fillings, maybe ground pork, or even shrimp. But then, why mess with perfection?

My kids eat a lot so this recipe probably does have an average serving for six people but it only had about two servings when I made it. It was very easy to make a bigger batch though so I tripled everything and prepped it the same way and it turned out great.
