A popular Indian dish, Samosas are a delicious and convenient meal or snack ideal for any occasion. Though most traditional Indian Samosa recipes are vegetarian and made with potatoes and peas, the Easy Samosas Copycat recipe adds ground beef. This unique approach to the typical Samosa recipe adds a new and exciting dimension to this delectable dish. The meat and vegetables are neatly contained in a fried tortilla making these the perfect on-the-go meal or snack for every member of your family.

There are a number of different sorts of meat pies throughout the cultures and cuisines of the world. Subtract the peas, add in carrots and rutabaga, and you have the pasty that's common in England and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I'm familiar with the British version and I like the way this has been simplified in regards to the cooking process. I hadn't thought of using flour tortillas as a shortcut for making these and it's definitely something I want to try.

This gives me such great memories. Great, simple recipe!
