The sweet flavor of the dark brown sugar mixed with the salty soy sauce and the strong ginger and garlic is incredibly addicting. This is very flavorful and takes just 30 minutes to make from start to finish. It also uses basic pantry ingredients.

I have not had this in ages, and I have never thought to search for a recipe. I am the only one in my home that will eat this, so I hope it freezes well. Has anyone made this up in batches to freeze? Did it keep and reheat well?
