As far as a candy bar is concerned, I think Mounds is one of my favorites. I love the dark chocolate and the creamy coconut, unlike the Almond Joy which is made with milk chocolate. Dark chocolate is the healthy chocolate anyway. This recipe has only four ingredients so it cant get too much easier than that.
