I almost made these Homemade Pumpkin Twinkies into cupcakes, but luckily, the Walmart near me sells cream canoe pans. This recipe is well written, and easy to follow, and what a great idea for the fall season. I love Twinkies and this pumpkin twist is great. The maple bourbon glaze is the perfect finishing touch.
