  • 1 single-serving Stick of butter
  • 2 cups Brownie Brittle crumbs
  • 1 cup Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pistachios
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Crasins (or dried cranberries)
  • 1 (14-ounce) Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk


  1. Crust:

  2. Mix 1 stick of melted butter with 2 Cups of Brownie Brittle crumbs.

  3. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan and Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees F

  4. Sprinkle crust with semi-sweet chocolate chips, pistachios, coconut, Craisins and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Cool – then drizzle with melted white chocolate.

  7. Chocolate Drizzle:

  8. ½ Cup semi- sweet chocolate chips

  9. ½ tsp Crisco (or use chocolate compound wafers)
