"Raspberry is a versatile fruits and can be paired with any wines. This recipe is no-fuss and can be made in less than 10 minutes. This is a cocktail mix that can relieve your stress and is perfect for those after-work parties. You can pair this cocktail recipe with some baked clams and even a good fresh oyster to level up the tasting experience. You can also add grated ginger to add zing to this wonderful cocktail mix. And if you feel adventurous then you can substitute mint leaves with thyme leaves to add an herbaceous note to the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces raspberry
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 bottle of Sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce mint leaves
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the raspberry and Tabasco sauce and blend until smooth.

  2. In a large pitcher, mix together the blended raspberry, mint and sparkling wine.

  3. Stir thoroughly and add ice cubes.

  4. Serve with strawberry slices and mint.
