This sandwich is the perfect both for the sophisticated diner and anyone who loves clean, simple and delicious flavors. When I first sampled this dish, I was enchanted by how well the goat cheese and balsamic complemented each other. This is a great option to make for lunch at the office or for dinner with friends. It's a sandwich recipe with style.
