Now that the secret's out, I'll be peppering my mac cheese with paprika from now on. Having said that, mac cheese is one of my fave comfort foods.

Never ate Longhorns mac and cheese but love how good it looks and I love when it is baked after it was cooked. It gives it an added crunch. I love that there was also a video along with the recipe so you could see the steps being done and the lady doing the video did a super job.I never heard of Gruyere cheese. What does it taste like and where can I get it? This is a must recipe. Thanks.
