This Better Than Campbells Chicken and Mushroom soup really is better than Campbells in lots of ways. I use the canned soup in a lot of recipes, and I can use this recipe for those recipes by cutting the chicken and mushrooms into smaller pieces and thickening it up a bit more. I prefer making things from scratch over using processed foods.

This soup looks and actually does taste delicious. I made it and loved it and so did my family. I did add extra chicken and mushrooms because my guys like it extra meaty and they love mushrooms too. I see some of the commenters trying to figure out how to increase this recipe using math. LOL Its not an exact science just add extra ingredients.
