OMG. Does it get any better than this? A delicious, hardy, creamy, cheesy soup, and you get to eat the bowl! I did not puree the soup, I like big rustic pieces of vegetables, and, I even went as far as to make the bread bowls...needless to say, I had a great time with this recipe and I reaped the rewards of a thankful family over dinner.

This Broccoli Cheddar soup from Panera is my favorite of all time. It is so thick and creamy it makes my mouth water just looking at it and the bread bowls are super great too. I would eat it every day except it is a little pricey so this recipe is what I need. Does anyone love this soup as much as me? This is a good recipe then because it looks simple.I will try the soup first and then proceed to the bread bowls next.

Love this recipe. Made some this afternoon and it was delicious . multiplied recipe by four. Ended up with 6 quarts of soup. Freezed 4 and kepted the rest for later this week.
