Ingredients
- 400 grams chicken thigh fillets
- 4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 10 bamboo skewers
Instructions

Cut the chicken fillets into 2 to 3 cm pieces.

Combine them with olive oil, garlic and paprika.

Gently mix and cover it with cling film.

Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.

Place them on a preheated chargrill pan over high flame.
