So this is how croissants are made shown in this Homemade French Croissants Tutorial. I would like to try making this type of bread which has intrigued me no end especially the way they make their dough which is so tender, soft, and crumbly. I also discovered how this bread is folded which assumes a shell shape when cooked. Thanks for this recipe. Now I know how to make croissants and also, now I know why the bread is so soft and crumbly, it almost melts in your mouth.
