NotesThis Pork stir-fry recipe is a combination of sweet and salty flavors. Adding a splash of any citrus will create a great twist for this quick and easy pork recipe. You can pair this with a bowl of great steamed jasmine rice or a bowl of Thai-style fried rice for an excellent combination.

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ounce red bell pepper
  • 1 ounce yellow bell pepper
  • 1 ounce onions
  • 19 ounces pork tenderloin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 thumb-size ginger
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a heated pan, add oil and brown thin slices of pork tenderloin.

  2. Add chopped onions, sauté until translucent

  3. Add the beef stock and boil until reduced.

  4. Add bell peppers and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  5. Increase heat to high, stir in soy sauce, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and honey.

  6. Cook for 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve with toasted sesame seeds.
