Hibachi Style Garlic Steak and Shrimp can be prepared in under 30 minutes The shrimp, steak, and peas are stir fried to perfection and taste amazing when served with rice. This dish is popular at Japanese steakhouse and hibachi restaurants (along with a hibachi chicken recipe, of course). It's perfect for those who can't choose between steak and shrimp. You’ll be surprised at how easy this steakhouse-quality recipe is to make!

Notes

"Hibachi" refers to the stove used to heat the flat-top grill that comes to mind when we think of hibachi grilling. Hibachi-style grilling turns cooking into a performance. You may have gone to a hibachi grill restaurant, where your meal is made in front of you on a hibachi grill. The chefs are trained to entertain guests as they cook a delicious meal. In hibachi-style grilling, the meat, vegetables, and rice together on a flat grill to maximize the flavors.

With a hibachi steak recipe like this one, you can create your own dining experience at home. You may not be able to recreate the performance part of a restaurant hibachi, but you can recreate the amazing flavor of a hibachi dish!

I love this Hibachi Style Garlic Steak and Shrimp recipe, and I especially love that I can make it without having to flip knives, or throw food around my kitchen. LOL This one pot wonder (except for the rice) is so easy to make and packed with so much flavor. It's a great way to step up the weeknight dinner menu. I had never used the Saute Express Starter Squares before, but I know I will be using them again.
