Dexas is leading the way in innovation yet again with their new iceology Clear Ice Cube System. Each of their molds are designed to make crystal clear ice, perfect for cocktails, iced tea, and more. The molds come in 2-sphere, 2-cube, and 8-cube trays, each producing oversized, slow-melting ice.

Normally when you make ice in a standard tray, the cubes come out fuzzy and filled with impurities, but this design ensures crystal clear cubes every time. Instead of ice freezing and impurities falling to the bottom of the ice, this system, allows the impurities to fall separately into a second tray. Because the ice comes out so clear, it is fun to freeze flowers and herbs in the center for an even more over-the-top drink.

Popping ice out of the trays is easy thanks to the silicone material. The molds actually open completely, instead of having to squeeze the ice out. I much prefer this design, as it prevents you from launching any of the cubes.

I love giant cubes because they look great in drinks, and they don't melt nearly as quick as a small, dinky cube. In fact, I usually finish my cocktail long before one of these big cubes melt. The iceology system is a must-have for any home or bar!
