You don't have to find a seat in a gourmet Asian Bistro to enjoy this classic Korean main dish. Bipimbap Rice and Veggie Bowl is a tasty and healthy meal. Bibimbap is traditionally served in a hot stone bowl, but it tastes just as delicious however you serve it. This delicious Korean cuisine is made with healthy sauteed vegetables, a fried egg, and rice with a homemade sticky sweet sauce. If you don't want a vegetarian dish, you can add some beef bulgogi to your bibimbap. Don't forget to stir all your yummy ingredients together before digging in.

I am always on the lookout for a good vegetarian recipe especially a vegetarian entre. I am not a strict vegetarian, but I do feel that it is a healthier way to eat and often choose to eat that way for my health. I am not against eating meat, but I just like the choice to choose a variety of diets.
