Whether you’ve never heard of this tasty dish or you’ve eaten it in person, this recipe for Copycat Granite City Idaho Nachos is out of this world. Instead of regular tortilla chips, these nachos are made with waffle fries. The toppings are versatile, and you’ll end up with nachos that taste like you’re eating a baked potato! This is the perfect comfort food and a great appetizer to make when you need a little snack before the big game starts. But make sure to save some for yourself. As soon as you put the skillet down, these will fly off the plate.

I absolutely love these Copycat Granite City Idaho Nachos. I've never had the original so I can't compare them, but who cares. These Nachos are so versatile and easy to make, and delicious. I have served them as a side dish with dinner, I've had them for lunch, but one of my favorite ways to serve them is with two fried eggs on top for a special Sunday morning breakfast...YUMMY.

Now this is my kind of nachos. Instead of using tortilla chips this recipe uses waffle fries. I love fries. I cant wait to try this recipe. It has all of my favorite ingredients. I will add black olives also because I love those too. This is one I am not going to share with my family. Its all mine.

I love Granite City, and I love nachos. I can't say I've ever had Granite City's nachos, but there's a first time for everything, right? This will be delicious. )
