Ingredients: White Chocolate 50g + 20g for coating Cream cheese/Philadelphia soft cheese 50g Walnuts 15g For coating Alternately use milk chocolate to coat for a different look"

Ingredients
- 50 grams White Chocolate
- 50 grams Cream Cheese
- 20 grams Chocolate for coating
- 15 grams Walnuts
- Equally divide into 8 portions and place seperately on parchment/baking paper.
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and smooth out each to make balls.
- Place in fridge while you prepare the chocolate for coating.
- Melt chocolate.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a clean baking paper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add chocolate stripes to decorate.
- Serve chilled.

In a bowl put the cream cheese and whisk to smooth.

Add the melted chocolate.

Combine well.
