Making vegetables fun and delicious to eat is easy with the Brieftons Tri-Blade Spiral Slicer. This simple to use device can turn just about any vegetable into a work of art! The device has three blades to cut vegetables into chips, spaghetti, or angel hair.
I like that the slicer sits right on the countertop. It has suction cups on the bottom that keep it from moving around while in use. I find you get better leverage and the device is easier to use than handheld spiral slicers. I also like that you can turn it the other way if you are left-handed.
The versatility of this gadget makes it a great kitchen tool. You can make potato chips, onion rings, vegetable pasta, and just about anything vegetable-related! The flat blade cuts great chips that are perfectly thin and come out super crunchy. I like that you are given a choice between a thinner or thicker noodle. I like using the angel hair blade for making light garnishes of spiralized carrots. I prefer using the thicker, spaghetti blade for zucchini pasta.
The slicer is designed to make it easy to slice tons of vegetables at once. It also slices them into long strands, keeping them more like real noodles than other devices I have used. I also found this Brieftons model to be safer than other handheld models since your hand it further from the blade. You can make heaps of spiralized veggies without getting tired or hurt.
