The Ginsu Chikara 8" Chef's Knife is a well-built knife that is crafted for a variety of uses. I loved using this stainless-steel knife to chop onions, slice tomatoes, trim meat, and much more. The incredibly sharp blades slices through just about any ingredient with ease.

This knife is fully forged, meaning it is cut from a single sheet of metal. This gives it is strength which is noticeable when you hold it. I really like the weight and balance because it gives you lots of control despite the length of the blade.

The 8" blade makes this knife incredibly versatile and one you can use on a regular basis. I was able to use the long blade to cut watermelon and other large fruit without issue. I also liked using the knife for slicing large pieces of meat because it could make long and precise cuts.
