This Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup Recipe is a great dinner idea, that is filled with all the rich Italian flavor we all love about Lasagna. I love the addition of fennel seeds, I remember when Italian sausage had fennel seed in it, so the use of them in this recipe really gives it that old fashioned flavor. I also serve this with Ricotta cheese on the side for anyone (like myself) that want to add it in.

I love using my slow cooker / crock pot. I still have one of those ancient ones and not one of those seven in one jobs, but it still does the job that I need it to do and the job it was originally intended to do and that is to make dinner nice and slow for me while I am busy with everything else. This is a great recipe.
