" Grill shrimp is a trendy dish in India. The Indian style grilled shrimps recipe is easy to make and delicious. This recipe is easy to prepare and is an excellent option for barbecue parties. The Indian style shrimps recipe is prepare by cooking shrimp on the grill with marinations of Indian spices. This dish is often served with lemon wedges, mint chutney and iced tea. To make this marinade, you must need mustard oil, lemon juice, yoghurt, chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, and ginger garlic paste. Mix until it reaches a semi-thick consistency. It gives excellent flavour or aroma to the grilled shrimps recipe."

Ingredients

  • 10 (1-ounce) medium sized shrimps
  • 1 cup mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chat masala
  • 1 cup mint sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  1. Peel the shrimps, and keep aside in a bowl. Take a large mixing bowl, combine mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and yogurt. Mix well with a whisker.

  2. Once the marinade is ready, well spread the marinade on all over shrimps. Let the shrimps marinate for about ten to fifteen minutes or keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. Grill your shrimps Remove marinated shrimps from the refrigerator—heat little oil in a grilling pan. Place the shrimp’s skewer and grill at low-medium heat. Continue grilling until the shrimps reach the desired doneness. Then remove from the heat and place on a serving plate.

  4. Serve hot, along with mint chutney. Also, it can serve with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables.
