Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 19 ounces medium-sized shrimp
- 2 grapefruit
- 5 rosemary sprigs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Strip the rosemary leaves from the stem and chop the leaves.

Peel and devein the shrimp.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper

Toss the shrimp in a zip lock bag with rosemary.

Add the olive oil, chili flakes, minced garlic, and grapefruit juice.

Marinate for 5 minutes.

Grill and cook until the shrimp turn opaque. 1-2 minutes each.
